More precisely LCH SA - IT infrastructure department is looking for an experienced Team Lead Operations & Support with solid experience in IT environments, tools and technologies, and good multi-functional understanding of financial topics to lead & drive a local desktop support team and providing technical assistance to all employees of LCH SA. As part of the role, they perform specific operational tasks around desktop support for delivery and recovery supporting day to day operation support. They will also provide hands-on solution on queries for changes or recovery efforts responsible for dealing with critical issue as per service levels and documentation. They will take active part to technical exchanges with team members during incident or solution definition, including providing technical expertise, logs or evidence during major service incidents and problem management. This role follows ITSM processes and overall execution framework to maintain SLA and SLO. OBJECTIVES - Coordinate "Desktop Support Team" activities, resources, planning, shift to cover the time slot 08:00 to 20:00 - Provide L1/L2 on-site and remote support on End User Computing environment - Manage Hardware deployment for customers (Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles, Printers, Tabs, ) - Lead EUC incident for resolution and provide regularly update to end users - Handle EUC Requests (Folder access, Apps deployment, etc.) - Bring up blocking issues to relevant team members - Provide Dedicated support to VIP Profile (on site and on remote) - Produce and maintain End User Computing documentation, reports and final users' guides - Assist project and change to plan transition to IT Production - Intervention planned for the weekend for operational changes and regression testing About London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) LSEG’s vision is to be the most trusted authority in global financial markets.
