We are looking for an energetic, and driven **Head of Sales** to be part of our founding team, with a direct impact into Lingo Ace’s growth in France.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and own the French sales & sales ops team, dedicated to growing the business through delivering an excellent trial class that will subsequently convert to paid users at scale.
- Spearhead ambitious yet achievable sales planning & forecasting in ensuring business operations achieve the business objective.
- Be a strong customer advocate, quick at identifying user pain-points and issues, and develop solutions to effectively resolve them.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including escalations from your direct reports, the delivery of high-quality conversations and follow-ups with the parents, and ensuring teams meet the monthly revenue and expense targets.
- Collaborate effectively and work closely with various stakeholders ranging from marketing, product, curriculum, learning advisors & operations, to drive rapid and scalable growth for the company.
- Monitor and analyze performance at all levels
- Be the leader to all Education Course/Sales Consultants in France, recruiting, vetting, training, and playing a pivotal part in building the next unicorn in EdTech

**The Requirements**:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferable
- 5 - 10 years of sales experience
- 3 -5 years of sales team management, setting KPIs and goals
- Performance and data driven with excellent analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on capable of managing a fast-growing organization and can operate with ambiguity
- Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
- A good knowledge base of the education system/industry in France would be a plus.
- Passion and experience in EdTech would be a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate priorities to cross-functional teams
- French native speaker and fluent in English (C2 level).
