This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Clinical Operations. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.
**Main Responsibilities**
- **_Consolidate_**_ clinical & non-clinical demand reports (API, DP, IMP)._
- **_Generate_**_ IP/DP/DS Allocation reports & associated documentation monthly and upon changes._
- **_Plan and track_**_ product delivery with associated ERP tasks and documentation._
- **_Contribute_**_ to the Regulatory alignment report monthly and as needed._
- **_Submit_**_ DP Bulk Manufacturing Order requests._
- **_Update_**_ Marketed Product Needs in Compass._
- **_Prepare_**_ PAI reports._
- **_Analyze_**_ processes for optimization and improvement._

- **Experience**: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—**talent matters most to us**)

- **Languages**: French and good skills in English
