Head of Financial Performance

The Head of Financial Performance & Analysis Solutions will work directly with the Head of Finance Solutions & Analytics to accompany the delivery of a Performance framework throughout Finance.

He will act as Global Product Owner to Financial Production FP&A, Expenses Management and Treasury Management products and be at the forefront of current and future projects to deliver best in class solutions on key initiatives such as Planning & Landing, Treasury, Capital Management and Expenses. He will ensure a target vision aligned with new performance indicators (IFRS17 economic value) and optimal performance of existing systems.

**Key duties and responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Head of Finance Solutions & Analytics, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as a strategic thought partner to Business Performance leadership to upgrade existing FP&A solutions & implement new ones.
- Building the FP&A solutions roadmap integrating IFRS 17 requirements and business expectations.
- Leading the delivery and optimization of Planning & Landing solutions destined to Finance function and SCOR top management in coordination with FP&A Product and Solutions Owners
- Liaising with Group, L&H and P&C FP&A teams to create synergies/integration into financial planning and landing tooling/data flows at SCOR.
- Taking on the role of the custodian of finance needs throughout implementations.
- Prioritizing developments while managing business expectations and IT capabilities throughout the finance chain.
- Structuring the training approach on Financial Planning & Landing tools to empower end-users.

**Required experience & competencies**
- 10+ years working in a Finance Department at a major (re)insurer.
- Subject Matter Expert on Planning and Landing with extensive knowledge of issues/difficulties encountered by international groups.
- Business experience in creating and presenting comprehensive financial plans/landing would be appreciated.
- Proactive in providing quick and efficient answers to business requirements & bugs encountered.
- Proficiency with market solutions for Planning/Landing (e.g. Anaplan, SAC Planning, Pigment).
- IFRS17 experience would be a real added value.

**Required Education**
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university
