You will join Shared Services Unit of Maizières campus which is ArcelorMittal's largest Research and Development site in the world and which is a key asset in Global R&D's organisation. It groups a mix of experienced researchers and young talented people from more than 30 nationalities working in result-driven projects.

**Your role**

As contract and risk manager, you will report to ArcelorMittal Maizières Research CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and your missions will be:

- Prepare contract drafts on the basis of internal templates (NDA, consultancy, etc.) and liaise with in-house legal functions for the non-template questions
- Manage the entire life cycle of contracts, from receipt to signature, implementation and archiving
- Check the compliance of contracts and purchase orders, simple or complex, with the internal process
- Support teams in calls for tender, ensuring the compliance of their responses
- Ensure the interface with the company's legal & compliance departments to mitigate company’s risk exposure (litigation, claims, etc.)
- Train and support teams in their projects on compliance processes & procedures
- Contribute to the drafting of the annual report,
- Manage the legal formalities relating to AM Maizieres Research boards of directors and general meetings (ordinary and extraordinary) under the responsibility of the CFO and with the support of AM Legal team
- In all the missions you will constantly interact with all the functions in Maizières and with in-house legal functions notably about simple contracts you will draft and make sign.

**Your profile**
- You hold a Master's degree or you have an equivalent experience in contract law.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, ideally in a sector related to industry or R&D.
- You bring deep expertise to manage the contract lifecycle, mitigate risks, and maintain opportunities.
- Daily professional English practice is necessary.
- With a team spirit, you communicate effectively and you have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
