This structuring project is supported by external support and a three-year roadmap.As Support Health & Safety Senior Central, you will be the Global R&D Safety Director's right-hand man and the driving force behind this transformation.ResponsibilitiesImplementing the new health and safety governance framework, supporting laboratory management in assuming their new responsibilities.Leveraging the international community of safety advisors and future coaches, in collaboration with an external firm, to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the rollout.Supporting research centers in the development of their safety systems and routines, leading compliance audits, and proposing areas for improvement.Developing and deploying new standards (e.g., risk management during business trips).Monitoring and communicating performance indicators, sharing successes and areas for improvement through a dedicated committee.Academic SphereMaster's degree in health and safetyYou have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environmentExperience in change management and multi-site network managementChemistry or scientific knowledge will be appreciatedTechnical SphereStrong HSE culture; knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 standards preferredExperience leading audits, creating standards, and facilitating trainingAbility to detect risks in the field and adapt tools to operational realitiesFluent in English and French (minimum B2 level)Social SphereLeadership, a sense of teaching and change managementInterpersonal skills, the ability to unite and engage diverse stakeholdersOrganizational skills, rigor, a constructive spirit, and a passion for prevention📆 Launch date: As soon as possible🏢 In-person position (1 day of remote work per week)✈️ Frequent travel (30-40%) to research sites (France, Spain, Canada, Brazil, etc.) is expected📝 Recruitment process: 1 phone call with a Science Me Up recruiter + 1 technical interview + 1 HR interview + 1 on-site visitIf you don’t see yourself in this job description, you can still join us to be ready to receive a signal from us for future job opportunitiesDiscover more here: https://sciencemeup.teamtailor.com/connect #J-18808-Ljbffr
