**Job Summary**
This is an exciting chance to join FreeWheel and Audience Xpress where we’ll be drivers of expanding in new areas based on a data-focused mindset. Your success in this role is with you team as you will be handing 5 direct reports spread across Southern Europe as we venture into the world of video and digital advertisement. This is a fantastic opportunity for you as a people manager that will lead a team of Account Managers in Ad Operations. You will oversee the Southern Europe region and Emerging Markets with your expertise in Ad Operations and video advertising, ensure that your team across is efficiently operating, and be an example in providing technical and account management expertise.

As the Team Lead for Account Management & Ad Operations, you will oversee the Southern Europe region and oversee service delivery towards agencies, advertisers and trading desks based in EMEA such as trafficking, monitoring delivery and KPIs target attainment. You will be part of Audience Xpress International Demand team and will closely work with the Demand Sales team (first business contact), trading desks and agencies buyers. Essential to this role is expertise in IO (adserved) and Programmatic (Deal ID) operational execution-based models.
Leading by example and provide both technical and account management expertise to the team, this is a senior and people lead/managerial role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations - in close interaction with our local Sales teams, Publisher teams. You will maintain direct and interactive connections with both Southern Europe Head of Demand and local Southern Europe business Directors (France, Italy, Spain).
You’ll be also collaborating with your Northern Europe counterpart to contribute to global international business goals achievements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage and develop the Southern Europe Account Management & Ad Operations team
- Act as first point of support and escalation for the team
- Work closely with Sales in a proactive approach
- Be the first operational point of contact for clients
- Help manage our day to day Partners relationships (measurement, data, contextual, etc.)
- Ensure the trafficking and set up of the open exchange campaigns managed by Demand Sales team: Deals ID, Adserved campaigns
- Attend clients meeting with Sales (i.e., Campaigns reports, Deal IDs postmortem analysis, issues, Quarterly Business reviews)
- Debug issues with campaigns and creatives, manage troubleshooting escalations
- Manage buyer’s technical questions and KPIs target attainment (CTR, VTR, Viewability ) while retaining Freewheel margin monitoring delivery and performance (suggest additional sites, add data or 3rd partner tracking)
- Provide inputs and alerts to improve delivery KPIs
- Yield management approach towards activations
- Make sure Operational Sales administration is maintained: IO archiving, stats discrepancies for invoicing
- Collaborate with Marketing to build education materials for both internal and external use
- Share knowledge within your team as well with other Business Units
- Provide always on feedback to Product
**About You**:
- Minimum 4 years of Account Management, Trafficking, video advertisement, and Adops experience with Programmatic buying
- Previous people and team management experience is essential while exemplifying_lead-by-example_management
- Eagerness to progress and be a true technical expert in a fast-paced Video Advertising ecosystem with deep familiarity with online video advertising and the video advertising landscape
- Ability to set priorities and be proactive and anticipate problems before they turn into issues
- Committed to delivering results for our clients with an effective analytical and organizational abilities
- Bilingual in French and English as you will be dealing with bilingual speaking clients
