**Team**

The Marketing & Sales development team is an international team working across multiple countries including US, EMEA and JAPAC. Our mission is to develop LumApps’ brand, attract new prospects and engage customers. This role is key to drive the LumApps brand and support the business newly created role to help accelerate the pipeline and marketing efficiency reports directly to the new CMO, SVP Marketing, Elizabeth Coleon.

**Missions**
- Define the LumApps brand platform ensuring input from stakeholders and deploy it internally and externally working hand in hand with different departments.
- Define the global brand awareness communication strategy & its localization to different countries using a variety of media including mainly social media, press relations, branded content (thought leadership) and events.
- Lead the execution of corporate communications, press relations, social media, brand events and french content coordinating closely with the Head of Global Content based in the US.
- Manage 1 internal team member: social media & french content manager and external agencies and collaborate with many team members to drive goals.
- Support internal communications and employer branding as needed.

**Skills**
- Ability to develop global & local strategies including developing stakeholder buy-in to support.
- Global experience (particularly US, EMEA) and ability to collaborate well with global teams.
- Storytelling and creativity.
- Ability to be operational as needed.
- B2B, ideally Saas experience.
- Fluent english and French required. Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese a plus.
