Our client (A tech & international financial services company) is seeking a
Head of Brand & Creative
who is both strategic and hands-on to lead the development and execution of the brand across European markets. This role encompasses brand strategy, visual identity, content creation, and copywriting, working closely with product design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the perception of the brand, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, and creating emotional connections through storytelling and design. This position sits at the crossroads of marketing, creative, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Tailor and adapt the brand positioning for different European markets, in line with our client's overarching mission.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand architecture to ensure alignment across sub-brands and product offerings.

Creative & Design Leadership

  • Lead the creation of visual identity systems that are modern, sophisticated, and appealing to a wide audience.
  • Work closely with product design teams to embed the brand consistently across digital platforms, including web and mobile.
  • Manage internal design teams and external creative partners to deliver high-quality assets.

Content & Messaging

  • Oversee the teams responsible for copy, campaigns, web content, video scripts, and educational materials.
  • Ensure all communications consistently reflect the brand's voice, style, and values.
  • Develop messaging that resonates emotionally with audiences while supporting marketing and business objectives.
  • Use insights from internal experts to strengthen the brand's credibility and thought leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Technology teams to integrate the brand into all product experiences.
  • Work with local marketing teams to adapt the brand strategy for regional markets while preserving global coherence.
  • Partner with CRM, SEO, and analytics teams to measure content performance and monitor brand health.

Required Profile

  • 8+ years
    of experience in brand management or creative leadership, ideally within fintech, financial services, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple markets.
  • Strong creative judgment with experience leading design and content teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital product design and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in brand transformation or rebranding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile product development processes.
