**Ruolo e Responsabilità**:
Gessi è alla ricerca di una figura di Content Creator Manager che verrà inserita all’interno della divisione Marketing e che si occuperà proattivamente dello sviluppo della strategia di creazione di contenuti.

Nello specifico la risorsa sarà responsabile di:

- Definire la content strategy allineata al piano editoriale e programmare il calendario contenuti;
- Identificare la tipologia di contenuto, i topics da trattare e lo stile in linea con il brand aziendale;
- Redigere e revisionare testi e contenuti multimediali;
- Pubblicare e aggiornare i contenuti nelle varie piattaforme insieme ai vari dipartimenti marketing;
- Adattare i contenuti alle piattaforme utilizzate;
- Diffondere e promuovere i contenuti sul web e sui social media;
- Collaborare con i responsabili del web marketing, social media marketing e comunicazione;
- Collaborare con partner, agenzie esterne e consulenti nella realizzazione di contenuti;
- Aggiornamento periodico con il team marketing sulle tendenze di immagini e video innovativi.

**Requisiti**:

- 5+ anni di esperienza maturata nella divisione Content Creator Marketing di aziende strutturate;
- Conoscenza delle basi della comunicazione sul web e sui social;
- Ottime capacità di scrittura e creazione di contenuti;
- Competenza nella pianificazione editoriale;
- Conoscenza dei principali software e tools per il content marketing;
- Creatività analitiche e di reporting;
- Capacità di organizzazione e gestione del tempo;
- Multitasking;
- Doti interpersonali e di comunicazione;
- Aggiornamento sulle tendenze del settore;
- Capacità di gestire in modo efficace più progetti ad alta priorità in un contesto dinamico;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese e Italiana.
