**About The Role**

Our engineering team is looking for a
**Senior Backend Engineer (gn)** with a high degree of self-initiative, excellent communication skills and a huge eagerness of taking on responsibility. You join our Data Services team, which is processing all data required to run our self-developed software solutions in a remote team environment. The main goals are developing, maintaining and implementing new features to our product Abusix Mail Intelligence (AMI). In this position, you are responsible for actively improving the toolchain and the architecture. By taking on responsibility and contributing your ideas, you will bring our products to the next level.

**What You Will Do**:

- Implement new features to improve Abusix Mail Intelligence (AMI).
- Write tests and documentation to improve code quality.
- Constantly maintain the codebase to handle new requirements.
- Identify and discuss problems with the team to improve Abusix Mail Intelligence (AMI).
- Improve the architecture of Abusix Mail Intelligence and related infrastructure.
- Write documentation to help us improve customer and developer experience.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an agile environment.
- Deep knowledge in Typescript/JavaScript, GraphQL, Rest APIs, Postgres, or other SQL Databases.
- Experience with Kubernetes as well as CI/CD.
- Knowledge in Kafka, Redis, InfluxDB and/or ClickHouse is a plus.
