**Position Overview**

As a Channel Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our channel strategy and driving commercial success through effective partner engagement. You will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with hardware OEMs, distributors, and value-added resellers, optimizing our channel structure, defining pricing strategies, implementing design registration processes, and ensuring strong commercial traction through design wins and revenue growth.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Channel Strategy Development**:

- Align channel strategy with business goals and market dynamics.
- Identify key channel segments and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential.

**Partnership Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with partners such as OEMs and distributors.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

**Pricing Strategy and Design Registration**:

- Implement competitive pricing strategies across markets.
- Establish a streamlined design registration process for partner investments.

**Partner Enablement and Training**:

- Deliver comprehensive training on product features and sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and resources for effective partner engagement.

**Pipeline Generation and Commercial Traction**:

- Drive demand generation activities in collaboration with partners.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in channel management, partner development, or sales leadership roles within the semiconductor, AI hardware, or related technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, results-driven mindset, and passion for driving innovation in the AI hardware space.

**Location**

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to work from one of our offices (Amsterdam and Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Bristol in the United Kingdom) or work fully remotely from any European country.
