Reporting directly to our Head of Success, you will join the French Success team to accomplish this ambitious mission and also become part of our Waste Warriors tribe of 1400+ employees.

**Your mission**

You will coach and inspire a team of Care Agents and report to the Head of Success France. Your task is to nurture an environment where your team members can take responsibility for their performance and personal development.

**Your role**
- You drive the results of your team where everyone focuses on timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- You maintain the excellent quality of our customer & partner service while inspiring and empowering our customers towards more sustainable behavior to help us grow our mission.
- You will support the team to reach excellence and personally grow in their role of Care Specialist.
- Your role also includes mentoring and daily support of Care Seniors to help them grow in their roles :_ (Project Manager, Product/Ops, Relations with other teams )_
- You coordinate with the wider local and global Success team to ensure customer feedback and issues are acknowledged and followed up on internally or with partners.
- You closely work with the Head of Success in delivering a team strategy and focus on long term collaborations with our partners. As part of the Success Management Team, you will also help build the future of Success.

**Requirements**:

- You have proven experience in building and leading a team in Customer Care, Customer Service or Relationship Management, including Senior Members.
- You are the captain of the Care team : you are truly empathetic and really care about your team and our partners & customers, but also know how to challenge them to help them grow.
- You are highly organized and can build structures and processes that meet business needs.
- You are passionate about Care.
- You have full professional proficiency in English and French as your daily work will include teamwork with other countries and global functions.
- You are experienced in using a CRM tool.
- You think analytically and are solution-oriented.
- You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best.
- You are a make-it-happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves - but you also think about the longer-term business implications and requirements.
