**Care Coordinator**:
Our Care Coordinators are the primary point of contact for Wellthy families across the US, guiding them through the complexities of caregiving. Their role focuses on supporting families by managing the logistics of care, building strong relationships, and prioritizing their unique care needs. Acting with a sense of urgency, they develop comprehensive care plans and oversee the ongoing needs of families with a thoughtful and proactive approach. Whether coordinating medical appointments, researching providers, tracking medications, managing medical bills, or assisting with insurance and facility vetting, they provide deep, consistent support throughout every step of the caregiving process. In collaboration with Care Advisers, the Care Coordinators ensure seamless, high-quality service, relieving families of the administrative burdens of caregiving so they can focus on what matters most—their loved ones.

**Care Advisers**:
Our Care Advisers play a vital role in supporting Wellthy's Care Coordinators by executing care-related tasks with precision and efficiency. While not a direct point of contact for families, they work behind the scenes to ensure our members' caregiving needs are met seamlessly. Their responsibilities include conducting research, completing tasks, and delivering high-quality results for our members. Over time, our Care Advisers have the opportunity to grow within the role and opt into specialized teams based on interests, experience, and performance.

**Qualifications**:
It is important to note that you will need the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, creative, and be comfortable in knowing that we are constantly evolving.

**Preferred but not mandatory qualifications**:

- Background in healthcare, social work, or care management
- Experience navigating insurance, medical billing, or caregiving logistics
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Fluency in any of the below languages is desirable**:

- English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Bengali, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese

**Role Requirements**:
To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, a quiet space to take calls, and a professional (distraction-free) environment.
- Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access.
- Suitable to safely and securely accommodate the sensitive information that you will be handling and communicating.
- Given the nature of the material you will be working on and handling, you are required to work from a private, dedicated, distraction-free space.
