Your main missions will be: - Management of the D2C supply chain: - Lead and develop a team of 3 people, oversee daily operations, and improve performance. - Manage the Europe 3PL budget and deploy dashboards. - Contribute to the evolution of the Group's supply chain. - Demand and supply planning: - Coordinate demand planning with market leaders. - Ensure proper projected stock management and anticipate risks. - Adapt processes and resources to the evolution of the activity. - Stock management: Define safety stock parameters with the S&OP team. - Upskilling and equipping distribution centers: - Develop and implement improvement plans based on benchmarks. - Drive performance in D2C distribution centers. - Strategic relationships with 3PL and carriers: - Organize steering committees with 3PL. - Optimize productivity plans and manage tender processes. - Ensure the performance of the supply chain. **Bring your skills**: - With a Master’s degree in engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain, you have at least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in an e-commerce environment. - You have initial team management experience. - You are comfortable handling data and have significant experience in creating dashboards with BI tools. - You are customer-oriented and know how to lead cross-functional teams in project mode. - Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential due to the international dimension of the role. **Let's meet**: - Initial discussion with the D2C Supply Chain Director and recruitment teams. - Followed by a visit to the campus to meet the D2C Supply Chain Director and the VP D2C. **Join a French international group driven by**: - Values: entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation, professionalism, team spirit, and respect for individuals, with concrete commitments to sustainable innovation and citizenship. - Employee support: 1 out of 2 positions is filled internally - Benefits for all: quality of work-life agreements including 2 days of telecommuting per week, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, 13th month, employee committee benefits, and more.
