**Mission**
- Assister les agents de Service Desk à une utilisation optimale de la base de connaissances ;
- Contribuer au renforcement du shift left permettant au niveau 3 de rendre le niveau 2 plus autonome et le niveau 2 à rendre le niveau 1 plus autonome ;
- Evaluer et préconiser la mise en place de canaux de services selon la typologie des utilisateurs ;
- Mesurer l’intérêt des utilisateurs pour la mise en place de nouveaux canaux, et contribuer à améliorer le taux d’adoption ;
- Identifier les typologies de tickets pouvant bénéficier d’une proposition d’autonomie des utilisateurs par l’utilisation des fonctionnalités de self help d’Easyvista à partir de la base de connaissances.
**Profil**
Vous avez une première expérience dans la formation d'équipes et la gestion de la connaissance.
Vous connaissez les métiers du support utilisateurs, des outils bureautique et des périphériques (matériel et logiciel).
Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent niveau de communication et de présentation lié à un contexte professionnel.
