**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field;
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant professional experience, of which minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources area;
- Excellent usage of MS Office, in particular MS Excel;
- Proven strong level of personal integrity;
- Supportive and helpful personality, with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (level C1 or higher);
- Good level of French language (level B2 or higher).
**Duties/role**:
Providing consultancy and support in HR project management and or change management in the area of nurseries, health or well-being.
- Administrative consultancy in the implementation of direct agreements with the nurseries in Strasbourg and Tallinn
- Coordinating preparations of payment requests for nursery allowance and FIT programme and possibly use of medical services
Consultancy in management of personal files, HR archiving and Document Management
- Implementing systematic archiving solutions that adhere to established protocols (HR matters), ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible for PERS staff members (electronic archives)
- Coordinating, managing and archiving document flows, in Ares, to streamline documentation processes.
- Coordinating management of personal files in NDP (SYSPER) - creation of files, uploading the documents, transfer of files, etc.
**Other services**:
- Consultancy in matters related to shift work;
- Preparing documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and reports of meetings, coordination and management of document flows;
- Consultancy in conducting market researches
- Participating in planning and organisational work of sector;
- Organisating and participating in events and workshops of the HR unit.
