Quandela is seeking a motivated Freelance Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent in the quantum technology sector.
**_ What will you need to do?_**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with company goals
- Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications to attract top talent
- Enhance our employer branding initiatives to create a compelling employer value proposition
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and report on talent acquisition activities
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing methods
**Requirements**:
Key requirements include:
- A minimum of 7 years experience in talent acquisition
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
