Au sein d'une équipe partagée entre Paris et Amsterdam comptant 5 personnes et rattaché(e) à la Head of Talent Acquisition FRBNL, vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes:

- **Recrutements CDD/CDI** : gestion des recrutements permanents et temporaires, du sourcing (chasse, talent pooling) à l’intégration des nouveaux embauchés (rédaction de la proposition d’embauche, construction du plan d’intégration).
- **Relations Ecoles**: préparation et participation en tant que leader aux forums de nos écoles partenaires (physiques et virtuels), organisation d’événements dans nos écoles cibles (case studies, Sales contest), gestion des partenariats avec les écoles cibles.
- **Communication / Image Employeur**: prise en charge des publications sur les réseaux sociaux (campagnes virales) et sur JobTeaser, proposition de nouveaux dispositifs et sujets à mettre en avant pour valoriser Reckitt et les parcours de carrière proposés.
- **Projets transverses**:politique de recommandation en interne, mise en place de campagnes de communication sur les postes Sales terrain, participation aux initiatives Diversity & Inclusion, etc.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 type école de commerce ou master RH, vous disposez d’une expérience en recrutement (stage/alternance inclus) dans un environnement fast-paced et international ou en SSII.
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes positif(ve), proactif(ve) et avez à coeur d'agir en toute autonomie sur vos missions pour les mener à bien.
- Doté(e) d'un très bon relationnel, vous êtes adaptable, polyvalent(e) et orienté(e) résultat.
- Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement international où la maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative (de nombreux échanges avec l'équipe FRBNL et Western Europe, mais aussi avec des stakeholders internes venus de tous les pays ).
