Operations/supply Chain Data Analyst

**Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Operations Data Analyst to join our Operations team**

**About the role**

You will be joining our Operations team, whose role is to ensure that our buyers will receive their products and that our sellers will receive their payments. Reporting to the VP of Operations Performance, you will be working with our Vertical teams to support our growth. You will be in constant interaction with operational teams to help them optimize internal processes and better understand Operations' performances.

Field of expertise that you will discover throughout your journey: Customer Service, Customer Experience, Logistics, Transportation, Authentication, Quality Control, Curation and Trust.

**What you'll do**

We are currently building the data backbone of our operations and this task will require a very strong collaboration between you and our internal Operations stakeholders and BI teams. In addition to that you will support the Operations teams by analyzing their performance and helping them understand how to improve it.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**DATA ACCURACY & CREATION**:

- You will be part of the team that designs our Ops data architecture and ensure the robustness of the system designed
- Improve our data accuracy and implement control points to guarantee the sustainability of our information system
- Document all data & KPI into our data center

**BI ENHANCEMENT**:

- Support our BI team to develop and enhance our data and make it accessible to all our Ops teams
- Revamp our Ops Data architecture to improve analysis efficiency
- Create new data from external provider into our internal data warehouse

**DASHBOARDING**:

- You will be designing, developing and creating our Operations reports and dashboards
- Maintain our pool of reports and dashboards to meet the needs of our Ops internal users

**ANALYSIS**:

- Run analyses to support our experts' teams and to design adequate actions plans
- Create reports to help teams make informed, data-driven decisions
- Communicate your findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders as well as to larger audiences
- Sit-down and work with various teams in order to tackle some of their pain points
- Develop dashboards and tools that will provide consistent insights, visualization and tracking into performance, KPIs or historical performance
- Work alongside Analysts to solve operational challenges

**OPERATIONS PROJECTS**:

- Support our Operations Project managers by providing analysis on specific business case
- Perform in depth analysis for our project managers to support their decisions
- Design & create ops data to leverage the project outcome
- Set control KPI & Analysis to ensure projects success
