The Energy Solutions GBU is a group of men and women committed to a common mission: to help our customers (cities, local authorities, industrialists and large companies) achieve their energy transition through the development of decentralized, low-carbon infrastructures and the provision of associated energy services. _ **The Energy Solutions GBU is recruiting** **A Health & Safety Manager (M/F)** **Permanent position based in Courbevoie (92) Reporting to the Chief Operations Perfomance, IT, Digital and H&S officer member of the ExCom of the Energy Solutions GBU and to the Group Health & Safety Director **, the Health & Safety Director of the Energy Solutions GBU **ensures the control of health and safety risks on a French and International perimeter for all our businesses and entities (energy networks, decentralized production, energy performance management, Energie Solutions entity, Tractebel, Engie Impact, EV Box...) He/she will carry out his/her missions in conjunction with the Group's Health & Safety department, implement the Group's transformation plan for the sector, focusing in particular on the main risks to which the GBU's employees are exposed, the managerial culture, and the anchoring of tools and practices. He/she will rely on the results of the Dupont survey and on the action plan deployment pilots. The objective is to obtain sustainable results, resulting from a proactive and shared health and safety culture, based on a solid practice of prevention management, and on effective guidelines, methods and tools. The Health & Safety Director's expertise and advice are applied both in an operational and project/acquisition context. To carry out his/her mission, he/she relies on a person who reports directly to him/her, an expert in Health & Safety, and on a complete network of managers in each country and entity. **His/her main missions are to**: - Communicating to the various stakeholders a synthetic vision of the GBU's H&S situation and its trajectory - Define and manage the roadmap for No Life at Risk, No Asset at Risk and No Mind at Risk - Define the multi-year performance objectives and periodically ensure reliable reporting - Coordinate the deployment of the Group's H&S transformation plan and contribute to the work launched by the Group's H&S department, which is leading it - Lead and coordinate actions with the GBU H&S network, especially after the intervention of Dupont, support operational management, grow the culture and ensure the involvement of everyone, culture of responsibility and accountability - Coordinate an action plan to bring our subcontractors up to speed with our H&S requirements. Ensure proper reporting of their accidents and hours, ensure their training and implement, with purchasing, managers and the H&S network, the necessary corrective actions. - Set up a risk register for the GBU - Ensure the timely reporting and sharing of events with a high severity potential. Ensure the qualitative implementation of the action plans associated with these Hipos, ensure the implementation of a continuous improvement approach - Share practices and ensure the right level of reference and contribute to the implementation of a group reference system - Ensure the deployment of Group health and safety policies and rules to the GBU entities. Complete them, if necessary, for the GBU's perimeter - Lead the network of health and safety correspondents in the GBU's entities - Identify and make available to the pool of experts coordinated by the Group's H&S department, experts from the entities to carry out audits, peer reviews and analyses of fatal accidents not only within the scope of the GBU - Develop, accelerate and manage the uniform deployment of group tools and methods - Work in close collaboration with the Group's insurance department upstream (e.g. acquisition) and on an ongoing basis on the protection and compliance of our facilities - Carry out health and safety audits on GBU activities and organize peer reviews at the request of the GBU's CODIR or the Group - Be proactive and be included in Due Diligences in particular for acquisitions, but also for new projects **Qualifications**: **DIPLOMA / EXPERIENCE**: - BAC+5 university education, engineering or equivalent. - At least 10 years of professional experience in operational and/or health & safety management roles - Professional experience in technical/industrial environments for both "centralized" and "decentralized" activities - Good knowledge of the Group's businesses, particularly those of solutions **REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**: - Strong leadership, recognized managerial impact - Understanding of the challenges and risks of a technical and decentralized business - Knowledge and experience in managing health and safety issues **Expected skills**: - Good communication skills at management committee level, personal impact but also contribution to a group - Synthetic and impactful communication - Pragmatic and operationa
