Industrialization Manager

Reporting to the Director of Projects & Industrialization, the Industrialization Manager will manage industrialization activities and support in new technologies replication and deployment. Travel is expected to be about 25% of the time in average.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Management of industrialization steps for low TRL (Technical Readiness Level) technologies
- Management of contract with industrial partners
- Support on technology development in plants
- Follow-up and update on deployed technologies

**Experience / technical competencies**:
**Core**
- Project management
- TRL management
- Working knowledge of heavy industry safety management system and standards.

**Advanced knowledge in**:

- Process Flow Diagrams & P&ID
- Continuous process & line design.
- Scheduling
- Glasswool and Stonewool knowledge a plus

**Advanced knowledge in**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, for teamwork in an international and multicultural context
- Leadership and team management (multicompetence teams)
- Capability to work in a matrix organization as a team leader or as a member of a team
- TEC behavior (trust, empowerment, collaborative)
- Communicative in English. (speaking & writing)
