The position is located in Paris. You will be part of our Central Operations team and will report directly to the VP Energy located in Paris.
**Responsibilities**:
- Below some of the activities you would be expected to perform:
- Lead autonomously operational management of a large portfolio of energy contracts in France and Belgium markets
- Responsible for establishing good relations and a smooth process both with internal stakeholders and with energy suppliers
- Opening new energy contracts
- Calculation of portfolio energy costs and KPIs
- Controlling the suppliers invoicing
- Support the Finance team on Energy issues
- Proactively propose and implement, in liaison with the company's other departments, all actions required to improve the economic performance of the energy portfolio
- independently manage project(s) within the Energy Department
- Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple departments
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and risk assessments.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
- 2 to 4 years of experience with significant achievements in terms of project management or data analysis. Experience in electricity purchasing / origination is a plus.
- Data-driven, strong analytical and operational mindset.
- Capacity of problem solving
- Fluent in English and French. Spanish and Polish are a plus.
- Down to earth mentality, friendly personality, but playing to win;
