**JOB DIMENSIONS**
- Hierarchical relationship: Precom Commissioning Manager (PCCM)

The service holder will support different entities within the GALAXIE Project such as ICAPS team, DCC team, maintenance team and all disciplines during both Preparation and Execution phases of the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
Throughout the Project, his main responsibility is:

- To assist ICAPS admin and his deputy to gather all necessaries documents related to the Precommissioning and Commissioning, to collect and assign tasks to all disciplines leads according to the commissioning planning.
- To assist DCC teams in view to build the final documentation.
- To Interact with ICAPS team and DCC team for all necessaries documents.
- To assist the PCC manager and the construction managers to prepare the punch list meeting.

**ACTIVITIES**
HSE
- To achieve and to make achieve to the personnel, contractors / subcontractors the HSE rules of the Company.
- To achieve the goals and annual aims of the Project.
- To raise anomalies cards for any unsafe/safe situation observed.

Technical
- During the different phases of the project (PYROLYSIS & OSBLs) the job holder shall (or shall ensure through disciplines leads):

- Participate to any technical meeting belong to DCC, Punch list, PRECOM & COM activities on request basis.
- Review the relevant Contractor's document (in coordination with the DCC team) prior any upload onto NEW PRODOM or ICAPS.
- Assist the preparation of the OPERCOM dossiers.
- Assist the different disciplines leads during the execution of the PCC in relation with Opercom tasks.
- Assist the main actors (PCCM/CM) of the punch list meeting.
- Assist the team during the completeness and correctness of the RFC/AOC dossier.
- Stop & report immediately to Icaps Admin any anomaly or non-conformity belong to OPERCOM.
- Attend, when requested, the various precom/com meetings, and provide support to the PCCM (Precom/Com Manager) in its various reviews.
- Attend, when requested, the various lean meeting.
- Review the different precom/com document issued by the Contractor and/or Subcontractors/Vendors.
- To verify and assist the final project documentation and ensure the complete handover to CPY SITE Commissioning team.
- To ensure if necessary regular training and optimization of the ICAPS database and NEW PRODOM.

**CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT**
- Resident position in France, work at project fabrication refinery located at Grandpuits.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Background with Energy Production General Specifications.
- A good knowledge of EDMS such as PRODOM.
- A good knowledge of CMS or CCMS such as ICAPS.
- Open minded.

**OTHER OBSERVATIONS**
- No remote from work is allowed for this position.
