- GE Hydro Grenoble recherche un/e chef de projet Achats au sein de l’entité Service. Vous intervenez sur les phases ITO et OTR. Vous êtes le point de contact pour les équipes Projet au sein de l’organisation Supply Chain. Vous travaillez en proximité avec le Responsable de Projet et l’ensemble des équipes Supply Chain : Transport Specialist, Material Planner et équipes sourcing._
- Votre mission est la suivante :_
- _ S’assurer de la qualité et de la livraison dans les temps impartis des produits achetés ainsi que du respect des coûts et conditions contractuelles_
- _ Collaborer avec les Regional Commodity Leaders afin de s’assurer que les fournisseurs sont alignés avec les besoins du business Service en termes de cout, qualité et délais._
- _ Piloter et maintenir votre panel fournisseurs._
- _ Comprendre les attentes client et fournir la demande de quotation aux fournisseurs, assurer la négociation fournisseurs, placer la demande d’achat et faire le suivi jusqu'à la livraison_
- _ Coordonner avec le responsable qualité fournisseur pour s’assurer que les inspections et documentations soient faites dans les temps._
- _ Intéragir avec le Material Planner afin de s’assurer que les demandes d’achat et les expéditions se fassent selon le planning fixé._
- _ Assurer la qualité des données dans l’ERP_
- De formation Ingénieur en engineering, Achat (et équivalent) ou Commercial, vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur du pilotage de projets achat_
- Connaissances Hydrauliques est un plus_
- Vous faites la différence par vos qualités de communication. Vous êtes orienté résultat, capable de résoudre les problèmes et stratégique_
- Anglais demandé_

- GE Hydro Grenoble is looking for a Purchasing project manager within the Service entity. You work on the ITO and OTR phases. You are the point of contact for the Project teams within the Supply Chain organization. You work closely with the Project Manager and all Supply Chain teams: Transport Specialist, Material Planner and sourcing teams._
- Your mission is as follows:_
- _Ensure quality and on-time delivery of purchased products as well as compliance with costs and contractual conditions_
- _Collaborate with Regional Commodity Leaders to ensure that suppliers are aligned with the needs of the Service business in terms of cost, quality and deadlines._
- _Manage and maintain your supplier panel._
- _Understand customer expectations and provide the quotation request to suppliers, ensure supplier negotiation, place the purchase request and follow up until delivery_
- _Coordinate with the supplier quality manager to ensure that inspections and documentation are done on time._
- _Interact with the Material Planner to ensure that purchase requests and shipments are made according to the set schedule._
- _Ensure data quality in the ERP_
- Trained as an Engineer in Engineering, Purchasing (and equivalent) or Sales, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in the management of purchasing projects_
- Hydraulic knowledge is a plus_
- You make the difference with your communication skills. You are results-oriented, problem-solving and strategic_
- English required_
