**About the job**
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will work closely with the Product Engineering Teams and you’ll be their number one coach to guide them through the Scaleway way by creating scorecards, hiring dashboards, analytics and continuously improving the way we work.
You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Scaleway through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Experience in hiring technical profiles globally
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in a similar role, at least for 1 year, ideally in a recruitment agency or fast-pace startup/scale-up
- Very good command of English and French
**Responsibilities**:
- Define the recruitment needs of your designated teams
This position can be either:
- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partial/full remote is possible (France)
- Fully remote in Europe

**Salary Range**
33,000 - 43,000 EUR per year
**Recruitment Process**
- Hiring Manager Interview - 45 mins
- Team Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team - 1hr
- Panel Interview with 3 hiring managers - 1hr
- CHRO Interview - 30 mins
- Offer sent - 48 hours
