**THE ROLE**:
Within the CORE IT department, the “Network & Operations” IT Manager will:
Guarantee the quality & timeline of IT deliveries;
Coordinate with Business, providers and other IT teams to ensure IT enhancements/projects implementation (as contributor or owner);
Be responsible for realizations under your domain;
Be engaged in ensuring the Quality Of Service for run, so as to support Business Continuity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
With your leadership, contribute to the IT strategy and support IT projects to serve CMA CGM objectives;
Follow up activities, budgets, plans, main decisions, risk and scope of projects/maintenances with a high quality of service;
Define project needs, follow their realizations, identify and manage resources for these projects, prepare and present the proposal/recommendations for decisions to the Top management;
In your quality of IT Manager for Network & Operations domain, you will:
Manage the resources (internal and external)

Ensure to deliver a quality service in projects & maintenances

Follow up main activities in your domain

Identify and implement actions to improve the quality of service

Ensure that all IT activities related to the domain are taken care

Ensure a good cooperation between your team & the other IT teams/Business/Providers

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
3 years experience in IT team management, in responsibility of an IT domain with the drive, coordination, budget management, plannings, results commitment and quality of service.

Leadership

Professional English fluently

Ability to manage priorities / Synthesis mind / Autonomy, reactivity & pro-activity / Good relationships.

Knowledge about process, techniques, standards and IT skills base related to software development/integration/maintenance activities - Office softwares use.

Support staff members (direct reports) in their needs to fulfill daily activities & to implement enhancements (process, organization ) for better efficiency.

Contractors & suppliers management.

Identify & follow up products/services/licences needs, from the order to the reception of deliverables / products / works - Allocated budget preparation & monitoring.

Assessment of risks occurrences likelihood and related extents. Implementation of appropriate procedures & steps to influence expected effects of a risk; propose corrective actions.

Reporting preparation & diffusion, using multiple sources.
