Due to growing client demand, we’re looking for an experienced PMO to support the design and delivery of a Target Operating Model (TOM) within a major card operations transformation programme for one of our premium French banking clients.

This is a high-visibility role, working across multiple stakeholders to establish governance structures, drive delivery discipline, and embed change.

- Structure and embed a robust governance framework in alignment with the programme’s processing partner.
- Define and track key programme KPIs, success metrics, and reporting standards.
- Organise and coordinate programme governance forums, including steering committees and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure clear and consistent programme reporting and status communication.
- Maintain oversight of the programme roadmap, milestones, and interdependencies.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between sponsors and operational teams across multiple functions.
- Support communication and change management activities to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Work in a hybrid environment, 2 days per week onsite in Paris and 3 days remote.

**Is this you?**
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) - essential for documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
- You probably have around 5+ years of experience as a PMO or programme/project manager within complex transformation environments.
- Proven ability to set up and manage governance frameworks and programme reporting structures.
- Comfortable operating across senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting standards.
- Experience within financial services, banking, or payments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to or interest in change management is a plus.
- Available from June, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model (Paris onsite 2 days/week).
