**PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM**:
Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) is part of Identity Global Products Line within Group CIO in AXA Group Operations.

IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared products in IAM space for:

- Employees working for AXA (I AM-Employee)
- Users working for AXA business (I AM-Business)
- Customer users of AXA (I AM-Customer)

As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework, AXA has selected Saviynt solution in the cloud for its new Group Identity and Governance Administration platform. This new platform called “LISA” aims at reducing the risk of data breaches, improve compliance, streamline operations, and enhance user productivity within AXA Group. 2024 is a key milestone for IAM COE as LISA deployment is being industrialized across the Group.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
IAM CoE is looking for an Assistant IAM Product Owner:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Creating and maintaining a product backlog, which is a prioritized list of user stories, epics, and features that describe the product functionality and requirements.
- Planning and executing product releases, based on the backlog priorities, resource availability.

**MISSIONS**:

- You will be closely working with LISA product manager and LISA product owner._

**To act as an IAM Product Owner**
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as business, developers, and testers, to gather and prioritize requirements, and to ensure that the product is aligned with their needs but also with AXA global strategy.
- Manage the product backlog and make sure it is well-defined, estimated, and refined.
- Create and maintain product documentation over the time: specification, user guide,

**To guarantee IAM delivery’s consistency and quality**
- Review quality and alignment between AXA entity deployment objectives and delivery with our integration team, including deployment reporting and escalations.
- Co-identify project risks and propose action plans to address those with assigned project managers.
- Coordinate/review documentation produced by technical teams to ensure it addresses project needs/constraints

**To support IAM Quality of Service**
- Act as escalation point for complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) along with IAM Service Management team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational organisation and procedures (e.g. monitoring, alerting)
- Contribute to secure operations of the services (e.g. responses to audit / pentest points)

**PROFILE**:
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. You are willing to work in an international and challenging landscape. You are able to communicate efficiently to different personas. You are interested in product development lifecycle. You are innovative, proactive, and able to propose new ideas and features to enhance the product.

**Technical skills**
- Knowledge of IAM concepts, solutions and services: identity management & authorizations, authentication/access control.
- Familiar with IT topics: network, workplace,
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban methodology.
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, to track project progress and communicate with team members.

**Non-technical skills**
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders, such as customers, users, development team members, testers, etc.
