Key position in the assistance to the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist prepares commercial offers for Drive Products in France. Reporting to the Head of the product quotation team, your solid technical and commercial knowledge will help you to provide effective and efficient solutions to your customers.
**This position reports to**:
Marketing Manager - Segment
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensure the commercial relationship of the customers of the sector in binome with the itinerant sales engineer
- Understand and analyze customer needs in order to propose the best solution and possible alternatives
- Make the commercial proposal in accordance with the commercial policy
- Participate in the active relaunching of the offer portfolio and in the negotiation with the sales representative
- Be actively involved in achieving the results of the sector and the sales organization (budget, margin, targeted customers)
**Your background**:
- At least 2 years of technical schooling (BTS in electrical engineering or DUT in electrical engineering) with commercial training (ideally a professional degree in sedentary sales)
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering
- Intermediate operational English and fluent French required
- Skills: understanding the customer's needs, negotiating, advising, creating sales opportunities, preparing an offer
- Behavioural competencies: interpersonal skills and customer orientation, adaptability, responsiveness, dynamism
- Strong sensitivity to the respect of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
