Nous collaborons avec un partenaire, actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) professionnel(le) qualifié(e) pour rejoindre son équipe dans le cadre d’une mission.
- **_Pour un grand groupe de Construction : _** _Nouveau projet de concession autoroutière au Brésil à 2h de Sao Paulo (Belo Horizonte)._ _Faire la maintenance de cette autoroute + 7 ans de construction qui vont démarrer en février. Vont élargir la route._ _Besoin d’un HR de transition sur place pour recruter 700 personnes en qqs mois._ _Profil qui a l’expérience recrutements massifs._ _Connaissance domaine des infrastructures / construction / concession._ _Recrutement de profils Operation and Maintenance + fonctions support (finance, legal, ) + péagistes, _ _Profil senior, autonome._ _Parler anglais et portugais (obligatoire)._ _Démarrage asap._ _4-6 mois de mission pour démarrer._ _Télétravail très partiel possible (mais besoin d’une présence à Belo Horizonte, surtout au début)._
