Your mission
Part of the strategic decisions of our company, your role will be to implement pricing models aimed at maximizing revenue while maintaining our competitiveness. Your missions will be as follows:
- Perform a comprehensive benchmark on current market trends and provide strategic plans accordingly ;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the pricing levels with our business goals and the market demands ;
- Conduct regular strategy reviews and adjustments ;
- Analyze our parks’ performance on a regular basis, evaluate the past and challenge the future ;
- Carry out analyzes in order to better understand the performance of every action implemented ;
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the management board on market conditions and pricing effectiveness, establishing KPIs for revenue metrics ;
- Stay informed about the real estate regulations to ensure pricing strategy complies with our countries’ regulatory requirements.
**Profile**:
You have a higher degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in pricing, revenue or yield management.
You have a high proficiency in data monitoring tools and market research methods. Knowledge of real estate regulations and its compliance standards would be appreciated. You are fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
**Expected soft skills are**: excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high organizational capacities, a meticulous attention to detail and a self-driven working style.
