**YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS**:

- Providing technical support on product utilization for final usersfor our diagnostic solutions portfolio (Holter Monitors, Event Recorders, Blood Pressure Monitors and Polygraph-Holters)
- Supporting upstream marketing activities by gathering market insights and sharing customers inputs and needs with Global marketing and R&D, by collecting competitive intel (all regions) to inform portfolio development activities
- Supporting Sales Departments with products demonstration and onsite technical trainings
- Delivering product trainings to final users / customers, internal users including sales representatives

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS**:
Technical support / hotline:

- Hotline
- Troubleshooting

Marketing support:

- Competitive intelligence, customer needs summary
- Share customer complaints with QA
- Help prioritize sustaining development plan / bugs resolution
- Develop technical documents: quick guides, FAQ, Product bulletins
- Technical manuals and software proofreading
- Participation in congresses for products demonstrations on the booth
- Participate in the Train the Trainers sessions for technical trainings

Sales support:

- On site products demonstration and installation
- Customers’ training (technical specification, performances, clinical assets )

**YOUR PROFILE**:
MsC or comparable degree in (Biomedical) Engineering
3-5 years in a similar position

Soft Skills:

- Customer focused and results oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-sufficient work
- Cross functional team collaboration
- Good team spirit
- Critical analysis to identify key information to be escalated
- Problem solving
- Eager to learn and train others on the installation, use and support of our sophisticated technology

Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge and interest in IT, cloud computing field
- Fluent in english, spoken and written, and at least one other European language
- Knowledge of Arrhythmia diagnostic devices and experience in use of these solutions in an asset

Other:

- Ready to travel up to 50% of time, especially in Europe
