Product Quality Engineer

**YATIC** is a digital services company active in the fields of industry, telecommunications, and defense. We support our customers on the entire value chain of a project, from ideation to go-to-market.
We are looking for a **Product quality engineer** to work for our client specializing in **Energy.**
**Main responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for evaluating, developing and controlling internal quality, your main tasks will be to:
- Manage customer complaint.
- Manage non-conformities.
- Monitor production quality performance and propose quality improvement plan.
- Review and validate quality files.
- Perform internal audits.
- Communicate closely with production shopfloor to capture causes and propose tailored training to technician population.
- Integrate any customer requirements into the quality controls.
- Prepare slides to communicate performance to site population.
**Profile - Experience / qualifications / skills**:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in mechanics or/and electronics.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power platform (PowerBI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate ).
- Minimum 5 years’s experience in Mechanical, electronic manufacturing industry.
- Fluent English and French.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
