Responsibilities:HSE Tasks:

- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSE.
- Implement HSE requirements within the Procurement area.
- Fully comply with security rules during travel abroad.
- Attend monthly HSE site meetings.
- Ensure compliance with site security, health, and safety instructions.
- Report any issues/anomalies and adhere to the WORK policy.
- Contribute to promoting relevant site rules and completing required HSE training.
- Ensure subordinates implement all HSE-related bullet points.

Procurement Tasks:

- Ensure Contractor enforces requirements with main vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist FPSO Package Manager in monitoring procurement activities.
- Ensure selection and qualification of Vendors & Subcontractors.
- Monitor main Contractor’s performance in FPSO supply chain activities.
- Ensure RFQ, Technical Bid Evaluation, RTA, PO, Surveillance & inspection plan compliance.
- Ensure efficient logistic activities and implementation of contingency plans.
- Monitor fabrication yard preparations and vendor/subcontractor performance.
- Expedite information flow related to procurement activity.
- Assist in defining priorities in reviewing vendor & subcontractor provided information.
- Collaborate with Technical Specialist and field Operation group.
- Prevent Change Orders by early identification of procurement issues.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating required meetings and audits.
- Ensure adequate and timely reporting to project management.

Project Management Tasks:

- Organize and participate in progress meetings as requested.
- Develop internal procedures if needed.

Reporting & Communication Tasks:

- Ensure adequate and timely reporting to project management.
- Assist with relations with Concessionaire/Partners regarding FPSO matters.
- Prepare and participate in Workshops & Committees with Partners and Concessionaire.
- Confirmed Experience in Oil & Gas projects in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong team spirit, coordination, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince.
- Rigorous and analytical approach to task completion.
- Organization, negotiation, and coordination expertise.
- Fluent in English.

Deliverables:

- Define, develop, and maintain the Project Procurement System of the FPSO package.
- Monitor contractor, vendors, and sub-vendors activities for COMPANY’s benefit.
- Provide efficient support to the overall FPSO project team.
- Provide final reports.
