We are seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Marketing Manager to deliver engaging, cross-platform merchandising experiences that drive discoverability and adoption of Amazon Business. In this role, you will manage marketing and content strategy for Amazon Business. You will find ways to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation, working closely with our international marketing, engineering and tech teams. As part of this role, you will work at the strategic level to champion bold and innovative ideas and at the tactical level to develop messaging, design multi-channel campaigns, execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics.

Key job responsibilities
- Test and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences
- Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, creative ideas
- Develop and optimize a rapid experimentation plan
- Work closely with partner teams to deliver creative, engaging solutions that drive discoverability of business solutions
- Seek ways to improve processes and productivity
- Envision new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify new opportunities to drive customer engagement.
- Work with Product managers and tech teams to identify and prioritize customer specific needs and recommend scalable, automated solutions
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, high-tech product/services or retail/e-Commerce
- Experience with SQL a plus
