You should bring 6+ years work experience in program management, Sales, HR, Talent Development, or related fields and have experience in building and growing programs/initiatives and be skilled at developing strategy and change management.
- You are used to work backwards from customer needs and are comfortable with writing proposals and presenting to senior leaders to gain support and investment in growing the program. This involves creating narratives and leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- You are motivated to learn about the ABEU businesses and dive deep into existing programs to identify program opportunities, able prioritize multiple functions and tasks, run an efficient process and manage time efficiently.
- You bring solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
- You have a track record of inventing and simplifying work processes including automating or eliminating work where possible and are able to travel to EU offices where necessary.

We are seeking an experienced, delivery focused program manager to ensure continued success of our Go-To-Market teams (GTM) through continuous development of training & knowledge programs that support a 500+ person organization. Our GTM teams span business development, account management, professional services and more, who support customers across all industries, functions and countries across the region in streamlining their procurement needs by leveraging ABEU products and services.
You are innovative, self-driven and can work in a highly ambiguous environment with mínimal guidance. You are the voice of the learner and will ensure their needs are at the forefront of every deliverable. You are knowledgeable in adult learning strategies for performance-based outcomes, can adapt and move quickly. You should be comfortable managing multiple concurrent and independent tasks in a fast-paced environment, while meeting milestones and deadlines.
Key job responsibilities
Leading our learning and development program you will:
- Lead a team of learning professionals to design, develop, produce, and evaluate innovative and highly scalable learning solutions with modern learning technology and methods
- You will coach and develop your team, as well as remove obstacles, so they can perform at their best in an environment that is empowering and motivating.
- Continuously develop and grow your team’s capabilities and ensure proper resourcing to accomplish goals
- Be a strategic thought leader and sought-after consultant in all aspects of L&D, from analysis through evaluation, as well as learning technology
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning resource priorities
- Implement communication and marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption of learning. Ensure key audiences are well informed and can easily access resources, so they can learn where, when, and how they want
- Lead continuous improvement of the L&D function. Provide ongoing review of L&D analytics and ROI with plans to ensure data-driven decision making. Identify and implement change to improve function performance and effectiveness
- Partner with global L&D team to maintain continuity in practice across region.
A day in the life
You will be partnering with EU business leaders to understand the business and its needs, map the future talent landscape, and then providing programs and processes working backwards from these needs. You will be working with the Business teams, Talent Acquisition and HRBP to contribute to and/or lead large scale processes such as early career talent development programs, development of retention strategies linked to talent development learning paths, and, enabling our GTM to be ready to talk to our customers with knowledge/understanding about how AB can support their team.
- Expertise in using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, etc.
- Experience leveraging the Kirkpatrick evaluation model for learning assessment.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), reporting and measuring training results and effectiveness.
