As part of the Finance team, your tasks will be the following:

- Optimization and enhancement of existing as well as development of new (accounting) procedures in the Allianz system landscape environment,
- Implementation, collaboration and control of central monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes internally and with the external property manager.
- Monitoring/quality assurance of WBS elements and contact person for accounting issues/process according to HGB, IFRS for the portfolio under management in cooperation with the company managers,
- Ensuring the proper accounting representation of the international real estate investment structures in the DataWarehouse,
- Quality assurance for DataWarehouse reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,
- Management of / participation in Allianz Real Estate internal and external projects, as well as functional and technical implementation of change topics.
- Technical system support of the SAP modules
- Support in classical financial accounting tasks

Requirements/Skills/Experience:

- Successfully completed university degree in economics or business informatics,
- Relevant professional experience in the accounting department of an internationally oriented group,
- Several years of professional experience in the area of data warehousing/reporting and good knowledge of the SAP FI modules are an advantage,
- Extensive knowledge of accounting regulations according to IFRS and HGB,
- Very good English skills are a prerequisite, other foreign language skills are a plus,
- You have strong coordination skills, recognize overarching interrelationships and enjoy actively advancing overarching topics in cooperation with different departments,
- You are a team player, service-oriented, highly committed and flexible,
- You are a strong communicator, confident and authoritative in contact with internal business partners at home and abroad
