Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe Global Quality Commercial Operations. Basé(e) au Siège et en interaction avec les filiales commerciales dans le monde, vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler sur des projets variés et d’acquérir une expérience qualité globale précieuse dans un environnement dynamique.

**Missions**:
Optimisation du processus de on-boarding Quality Commercial Operations pour améliorer l’intégration des nouveaux employés Qualité locaux et augmenter leur productivité dès les premiers jours:

- Créer des modules de on-boarding Quality Commercial Operations interactifs et engageants.
- Intégrer des animations pour rendre le matériel plus dynamique.

**Support au pilotage du suivi qualité au sein de Quality Commercial Operations**:

- En collaboration avec les différentes filiales commerciales, suivre les indicateurs de performance Qualité.
- Coordonner la mise en place et le suivi des actions d’amélioration globales/locales.

**Support aux activités qualité opérationnelles**:

- Contribuer au suivi des réclamations qualités, déviations, actions correctives/préventives, demandes de changement et risques identifiés, le cas échéant.

**Support aux activités favorisant l’amélioration de la Culture Qualité**:

- Coordonner le suivi des actions d’optimisation de la Culture Qualité.
- Contribuer au déploiement des initiatives liées au plan de communication du Département Global Quality Commercial Operations (articles, posts, events ).

**Profil recherché**:

- Étudiant(e) en pharmacie ou master, avec une spécialisation en qualité.
- Bonnes compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Esprit créatif.
- Anglais requis.
