Join the adventure of our fast growing flexible workspace business centres. Working in an international environment, you will be working at our new 6,000m2 office in Serris.

We are looking for a competent IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance on physical infrastructure as our centres in Serris grow and clients join us.

This role is initially Part-Time as the business grows.

The IT Onsite Support Engineer must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for technical assistance
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, systems, networks
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and determine the best solution
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

**Skills**
- Hands on experience
- Knowledge in basic logical and physical networking
- VOIP, VLAN is a plus
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- French mandatory

**Qualifications can include the following**:

- Computer Science
- Computing
- Engineering
- Comp TIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent is a plus
- A technical, logical thought process
- Problem-solving skills
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines
- An ability to prioritize
- A keen eye for detail

Please note this is an **independent contractor** position not an offer of employment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: 200.00€ - 201.00€ per day
