**Your role**
- Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others? We are looking for someone like that to join the Structured Products & Solutions sales team in Global Markets as a senior salesperson. As part of the role, you will:
- deal with IB clients and promote UBS offering around various product lines such as structured products, quantitative investment strategies and actively managed certificates
- work closely with a wide range of structuring and trading teams within GM, and partner with other product teams in delivering UBS unique client-centric coverage model
- integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable recommendations for clients
- introduce, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include goals and objectives, risk tolerance and expectations

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Structured Products & Solutions sales team for France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The team sits in Global Markets and is based in Paris. The team is looking after a wide range of financial institutions such as asset managers, insurance companies, private banks, family offices and financial advisors. The team is interacting with clients on their structured solutions needs across a variety of asset classes including FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Commodities, Funds and Financing.
**Your expertise**
- 8 to 15 years of experience in a comparable sales role, dealing with structured solutions for financial institutions based in France, Belgium and Luxembourg
- Deep understanding of the broad range of financial products covered by Structured Products & Solutions team
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework for marketing structured solutions to clients
- Self-motivated and passionate about the client experience, with solid presentation skills
- Proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
- Fluent in English and French to support our local clients
