**What you'll be doing**
- Liaise with Finance Department & Head Office Royalty Department
- Allocate cashbooks & income type for SAP for the Recording business
- Provide incoming statements for our Head Office in Berlin
- Assist with royalty processing, reviewing matches, and releasing error & suspense files
- Handle invoice requests for incoming royalty statements
- Administer the Client Royalty Portal myBMG
- Manage tax exemption matters
- Execute all formalities related to calculation and distribution to interested parties, including statement printing, distribution, and payment request
- Work closely with producers' societies (SCPP & SPPF) on distribution matters, repertoire registration, sales declarations, and advances

**What you bring**
- A degree in business or finance
- Professional experience in the music business
- Strong service orientation and project management skills
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel
- A structured, well-organized, and reliable working style
- Ability to stay on track and calm on busy days or in stressful situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating in an international environment
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to come up with new ideas and novel approaches to problems
