**Job Description Summary**: We are is seeking a highly skilled and strategic TGS Senior IT Business Partner to join our Technology and Global Services (TGS) team. This role serves as the vital liaison between business functions and IT, responsible for seamlessly integrating IT strategies into business plans, executing IT deliverables, and ensuring exceptional support management. We are looking for a proactive and autonomous professional who excels at building strong partnerships, driving IT initiatives, and shaping business needs into actionable projects

**About the role**:
The Technology and Global Services (TGS) Business Partner is the strategic liaison between business functions and IT, responsible for integrating IT strategies into business plans, executing IT deliverables, and ensuring flawless support management. This role requires a proactive and autonomous professional who excels at building positive relationships, driving IT initiatives, and crafting business needs into actionable projects.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
**Strategic Partnership & Integration**
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with business function representatives, acting as the primary entry point into the IT organization.
- Develop, enable, and maintain a two-year roadmap of IT initiatives that align with business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, making strategic recommendations that consider technical options, limitations, costs, and risks.
- Shape business needs by offering alternatives to proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with IT capabilities and business goals.
**Project Execution**:
- Lead the execution of TGS deliverables, ensuring projects are structured for success with clear governance, stakeholder involvement, and risk management.
- Serve as the point of escalation and coordination within TGS and with business functions in the event of issues or risks during project execution.
**Support Management**:
- Oversee the IT experience for TGS end-to-end solutions, enhancing the company’s productivity.
- Act as the escalation and coordination point for IT operational issues that impact business functions.
- Measure and communicate the realized value of IT solutions on a regular basis using defined metrics and analytics.
**Commercial Product Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements, adding them to the CRM product backlog.
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and agile development teams, ensuring that the backlog of user stories is prioritized and aligned with business needs.
**About you**:
**Education and Experience**:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record in a Senior Business Partner role or a leadership position in system implementation.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Capable of performing the role with a high level of independence and excellence.
- Deep understanding of visions, strategies, objectives, and business processes.
- Ability to translate user needs into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques.
- Proficient in communicating across multiple levels, functions, and cultures.
- Possesses a collaborative and global mentality.
- Brings innovative ideas and approaches to the table.
- Proficient in change management practices.
