We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional on-the-ground support during this large-scale prestigious event. Staff will be stationed at critical touchpoints to offer a wide range of services, from guest arrivals to event venue assistance, ensuring the upmost enjoyment of each guest’s experience. We have various roles available, from Supervisors to Ambassadors, to ensure every aspect of the event runs seamlessly.

- **Guest Arrival Support**

Staff will be present at key arrival points, such as airports and train stations, to welcome guests and assist with locating their pre-arranged transportation to their accommodations or event venues.

- **Accommodation Meet&Greet**

Upon guests’ arrival at their accommodations, staff will greet them, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering additional assistance as needed for a positive first impression.

- **Event Venue Assistance**

On-site staff will guide guests inside the sports venues, answering inquiries and enhancing the overall event experience.

- **Merchandise Distribution**

Staff will ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise directly to guest accommodations, maintaining high standards of customer service.

- **Ticketing and Access Control**

Staff will be responsible for managing guest check-ins at event venues, ensuring tickets match records, and facilitating access to exclusive hospitality areas.

  • **Supervisors**

Supervisors will oversee teams, ensuring smooth operations while directly engaging with guests to provide exceptional service.

  • **Ambassadors**

Ambassadors, as runners and wayfinders, will support logístical operations, ensuring efficient guest movement and providing assistance throughout the venue.

**Profil**

Key Requirements

  • You should have accommodation in Milan or near the Olympic venues.
  • Fluency in English and in Italian (additional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience in event support, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • An energetic, enthusiastic, versatile, and highly motivated attitude.
