**Responsibilities**:
Logistics Support:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation and accommodations for event attendees
- Manage event registration and attendee lists
- Coordinate the creation of event materials, including logos, banners, signage, and promotional items
- Ensure all event logistics are executed smoothly and within budget
Communication Support:
- Assist in photo and video content creation for event communication materials
- Collaborate with Content Coordinator to gather engaging event content for post-event communication using various channels (website, social media, newsletters)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely and accurate communication
Digital Marketing Support:
- Integrate events into the company website, ensuring seamless user experience and effective subscription mechanisms
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize event promotion and reach target audiences
- Assist in tracking and analyzing leads generated from events
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize event promotion and reach target audiences
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or digital marketing
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, including CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
