**Job description**:
**Exciting Opportunity: International Recruitment Development Officer**

**Position to be filled on the Paris/ Lyon campus or any other national campus**

**Reporting to the Head of International Promotion & Recruitment** you will be working towards international student recruitment, including digital and on-site recruitment, and will be involved in the administration of international admission.

**Promotion, recruitment and competitive examinations** allow for the integration of students from all over the world into undergraduate and postgraduate programmes: Bachelor’s, Master’s and MSc and other future programmes for ESSCA.

**Promotion/recruitment**:
Participation in and organization of all international promotion and recruitment activities abroad (in-person events and digital operations)

Respond to prospects in a responsive and high-quality manner to optimize the conversion of prospects to applicants Effective use of CRM systems to track and manage leads and recruitment activities Qualitative and quantitative management of generated leads Report regularly to management on recruitment activities and progress Execute operations that ensure the achievement of commercial objectives for recruiting international students, from prospecting to final student enrollment ️ Conducting admissions interviews for international students and follow-up until registration
- ️ Manage the administrative aspects of promotional activities in the targeted area

- Poste en CDD - statut TAM (Technicien Agent de Maitrise)- Durée du travail : temps plein

Rémunération : selon profil

**Profile**:

- Fluent in English and French
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business School/MBA/International Management/Applied Foreign Languages/Communication/Marketing/Political Science
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Knowledge of communication techniques
- Service-oriented, team-focused, with a consultative commercial approach; strong organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for international settings; reactivity, autonomy, and initiative
- ✈️ Mobility: up to 30%-time travel to be expected: geographical areas to be prospected according to the priorities defined. Availability for weekend work and travel abroad
- Familiarity with higher education or training would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and remotely, sense of contact, diplomacy, ability to adapt to different interlocutors and different cultures
