**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**
- _Vous rejoignez la Direction de l’Innovation de l’Institut, une équipe de vingt personnes en charge du transfert de technologies, de la recherche appliquée et de l’incubation d’entreprises innovantes (trois incubateurs dédiés, un livinglab...)._
- _Vous pilotez une équipe chargée du développement préclinique de composés thérapeutiques et de solutions medtech. Vous apportez pour cela votre compétence en management de projets pour permettre des montées significatives en TRL en vue de création de start-ups ou de transfert industriel._
- _Vous bénéficiez, pour les développements biotech, du soutien d’une ingénieure plein temps et d’experts industriels pharma, d’un réseau de chimistes médicinaux et de financements permettant d’entamer des études de pharmacologie préclinique._
- _Vous coordonnez, pour les développements tech et digital, l’équipe d’un living lab, Care Lab, à l’interface entre l’ICM et le pôle de Neurologie de l’hôpital de la Pitié-Salpétrière. Vous travaillez ainsi en forte interaction avec les équipes soignantes du pôle des maladies du système nerveux, et en collaboration étroite avec le Fablab de l’ICM._
- _Vos efforts sont menés en interaction étroite avec une équipe de transfert de technologies chargée de la détection des projets amont, avec une unité d’innovation en thérapie cellulaire/génique, une équipe de « business development » et avec l’incubateur de start-ups._

**PROFIL**

- _Docteur en sciences (neurosciences, biophysiques ou biotechnologies) ou ingénieur avec expérience en R&D._
- **SAVOIR-FAIRE**_
- _Expérience démontrée de pilotage de projets de développement préclinique en environnement start-up._
- **SAVOIR-ETRE**_
- _D’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles sont indispensables à ce poste, ainsi qu’une capacité à identifier et piloter un réseau de prestataires. L'équipe apprécie fortement le respect mutuel et la qualité des relations humaines et espère intégrer une personnalité qui saura valoriser une mission où l’entrepreneuriat sert en premier lieu le bien public._
