**PROJECT MANAGER**
**Location**: France, Paris (Montigny-le-Bretonneux office location)
BORN Europe are looking for a** Project Manager / Product Owner** to join their award-winning team reporting into the Delivery Lead Director. In this position you will take charge of resource and activity coordination, project planning and communication to key stakeholders. Experience leading product development collaboratively with clients and multiple stakeholders.** **BORN is an award-winning global digital agency with a core focus on creative, content and commerce. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project Planning
- Resource allocation based on requirements
- Work to margin / cost requirements when resource planning
- Proactive client and stakeholder management - lead with authority and gravitas
- Prepare with support of development teams technical documentation, project status reports
- Synchronise and ensure that different partners, teams and clients complete tasks according to the schedule. Escalate as necessary.
- Manage Project Finances inc Margin and impact of resource changes to costs/margin
- Manage Project Governance
- Risk Logs, RACI, etc
- Prepare progress reports for relevant stakeholders
- Anticipate and manage issues and mitigate risk
- Be key contact for key stakeholders, internal and external
**EXPERIENCE**
- Auto Sector Experience (nice to have)
- After Sales
- Reporting (identifying multiple data sources and combining to produce required reports
- Dealership knowledge
- Experience on a digital transformation / replatform projects
- Experience managing complex projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership as there will be different teams to monitor and follow
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Capability to rapidly adapt to changes
- Supplier management capabilities
- Management of UX/UI/Creative teams
- Multiple methodologies, inc Waterfall and Agile
- Matrix management of off/near and onshore resource across multiple time zones

- Communication led (over communicating and creating relationships)
- Driven
- Pro-active to over deliver on actions without over complicating delivery
- Ability to delegate with clarity
- Deadline oriented over communicator
