Job Description Summary: At PayPal, the GTM team operates at the crucial intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support. Key to commercial success, the GTM team develops GTM strategies and plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Communications teams. Within the GTM team, the Win XO team will take ownership of specific initiatives with high growth potential and drive both customer satisfaction and impactful commercial outcomes. The manager will be responsible for leading some initiatives to grow PayPal coverage, presentment and selection in our branded merchant portfolio, across markets & merchant segments.

**Job Description**:
The Senior manager will contribute by moving PayPal to a world class GTM discipline that understands the needs of Merchants, key commercial drivers, and executes flawlessly. He’ll participate to the priorities of the team which include:
**Opportunity detection**: Detect the most important business opportunities by ensuring PayPal is always displayed with the best UX in our merchant portfolio through portfolio scanning and performance dashboard. Provide regular updates to the broader business to allow global prioritization.

**VOM**: Capture feedback directly from customers and through customer facing teams in order to optimize the GTM approach. Map the key root causes to the main business. Helping the product teams prioritize the top feedback globally and by region.

**Initiatives**: Translate learnings into recommendations, and drive execution of key initiatives with an end-to-end approach.
- managing complex initiatives
- test and learn frameworks - including collecting and analyzing feedback
- working with sales teams to understand the merchant base
- influencing senior stakeholders across the organization
- working with Product Management teams to define and deliver customer features and solutions
