The Global CSR Reporting Analyst will support the Global CSR Reporting Manager and the Global Purpose Team in driving progress in Sephora’s environmental and social reporting and accountability.

Your key collaborators will be LVMH Environmental, CSR, DE&I, and Communication teams. You are also going to be in touch with Sephora global and regional teams in legal, compliance, finance, HR, tech, supply chain and Sephora Collection.

**Improving Sephora’s core environmental and social KPIs**
- This role is a data-driven pioneer, helping to support the development of key metrics and scorecards for our global Purpose practice.
- The role will reach across a wide range of topical areas and data sources, such as energy usage at our locations, carbon emissions from transportation flows, community participation in our social impact programs, progress in our global seals Clean at Sephora & Planet Aware at Sephora, and more.

**Data Collection and Reporting**
- Mandatory reporting in line with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD): gathers inputs from across the world on our progress and collaborates on required annual reporting and analysis. Works with regional reporting leaders to compile our achievements and supports communication of environmental and social performance to LVMH Environmental, CSR, DE&I and Communication teams.
- Sephora’s Global Impact & Progress Report: supports the annual update and improvement of Sephora’s Global Impact & Progress Report, in line with ESG reporting best practices, as well as its publication and communication.
- Carbon footprint: supports the annual update of Sephora’s global corporate carbon footprint, provides inputs for the continuous improvement of the data quality and reliability, prepares the necessary documentation for the analysis to be submitted to independent 3rd party audits, and supports the transition to a global carbon accounting tool.
- Stays abreast of the latest ESG reporting best practices and requirements. Engages in reporting, audit, and communications tasks related to Purpose, ensuring that we have reliable data on our key metrics.

**System and Process Development**
- Supports the identification and implementation of new processes, systems and tools that can help us retain data systemically and efficiently.
- Continuously seeks improved ways to collaborate and build greater visibility into our shared programs, by collaborating with internal stakeholders from global, regional, and local teams.
- Supports Purpose task forces with the preparation of ad hoc documentation.
- Supports data sharing and integrations with LVMH reporting tools and requests.

- Entry-level (1 year) experience in sustainability, business intelligence, analytics, finance, or related field.
- Entry-level experience with ESG reporting.
- Facility with common data and reporting tools, especially Excel.
- Facility with PowerPoint to showcase progress and results.
- Experience with Power BI and Carbon Accounting tools is a plus.
